Les sanglots longs des violons de l'automne ...

Life is strange sometimes:
- My current guesthouse has a wifi connection that almost works but no water in the toilets/shower. Actually, they was some water, till I decided to put some shampoo on my hairs...
- Two nights ago, we got an electricity cut all the night. No fan, no AC, no light in the toilets, no water pump running. Nothing. It was exactly one of the hottest night in Darfur and the night I had to prepare my bag for Khartoum.
- My stomach has been hurting for the last 10 days. Did I eat some bad food lately? No, I started eating more fruits... It seems that I get used to my diet here and my stomach doesn't want to change anymore.. And it happens exactly when I'm planning to enjoy food in Switzerland.
- When I'm traveling, I usually always have a spare toilet paper roll somewhere in my bag or some soap to clean my hands after. Last week, I was in a UNAMID camp. No toilet paper, no soap, just dirty toilets and a bottle of water. Let's call it "UNAMID trying to respect the local usage". But stay positive, It is always pleasant to shake hands from a guy having wet hands, it drills your imagination.
