A few hours after the ICC's announcement, the Government of Sudan (GoS) expelled 13 NGO's and gave them 24 hours to leave the country. Those NGOs provided assistance to tens of thousands IDPs (Internally Displaced Persons). We can speak and argue about the role of certain NGO's regarding the ICC decision and we can debate about the "western influence" of an NGO. But now, one and only one fact remains. Tens of thousands of people won't receive humanitarian assistance (food, water, tente, etc... ) in the next weeks, months (or even years?).
Is the ICC decision an important step for the justice in Africa? Again, it seems that nothing is black and nothing is white.
EDIT: According to Catherine Bragg, the UN Deputy Emergency Relief Coordinator, "With the loss of these NGOs, 1.1 million people will be without food aid, 1.1 million will be without health care, and over 1 million will be without potable water".

Malheureusement, quand les grands s'amusent, c'est toujours les petits qui trinquent...
(Bon la trinquer le mot est mal choisi vu que les ONG apportaient de l'eau... hem)
